Pamelyn Wanda Ferdin is an American animal rights activist and former children's actress. Ferdin's acting career took place mainly in the 1960s and 1970s, although she appeared in occasional projects in the 1980s and subsequent years. She began her career in numerous television dramas and was best known as the voice actress of Lucy Van Pelt in A Boy Named Charlie Brown, as well as two other Peanuts specials. She has had supporting roles in The Beguiled with Clint Eastwood and Geraldine Page, and a leading role in the executive movie The Toolbox Murders with Cameron Mitchell. She also voiced Fern Arable in Charlotte's Web. Ferdin left acting in the late 1980s and shifted his career into animal rights activism, as an activist and a dissident animal welfare program in New York and Los Angeles.
