Phonte Lyshod Coleman, also known as Phonte, is an American rapper who is currently part of North Carolina hip-hop trio / duo Little Brother and a half duo The Foreign Exchange. He also comes out of the R&B flavor as a singer, and with Nicolay on The Foreign Exchange. Its rhetoric tended to be a no-frills view of working class life.
