Pia Mia Perez is an American singer, songwriter, model and actress. She started her career by posting videos of herself singing on the YouTube video sharing site, then starred in commercials and music videos. Pia Mia signed a recording contract with Interscope Records in 2013, then released her debut single, The Gift, and a series of singles, including "Do It Again" and "Touch". In 2016, she was featured on will.i.am's single "Boys & Girls", which reached the top 40 on the UK Singles Chart. In 2017, Pia Mia independently released an EP titled The Gift 2. After that, Pia left Interscope Records and became an independent artist at the end of 2017, setting up her own label Cherry Pie Records. Pia quickly signed a recording deal with Republic Records and Electric Feel Entertainment in 2020, before going their separate ways the following year.
