Rakim Hasheem Allen, known as PnB Rock, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and actor from Philadelphia, PA, run by SAL & CO. He is known for his single "Fleek" in 2015 and his single "Selfish" in 2016, reaching No. 51 on the US Billboard Hot 100. He has two studio albums; Catch These Vibes and Trapstar Turnt Popstar, released in 2017 and 2019 respectively. In 2017 Allen was selected as a member of the XXL First Year class. His stage name, PnB Rock, is derived from the acronyms of Pastorius and Baynton, a corner near where he grew up in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia.
