English actress and presenter who portrayed the role of Po, the red Teletubby, in the children's show Teletubbies.
Pui Fan Lee is an English actress and presenter. Along with Sue Monroe, Chris Jarvis and Sidney Sloane, she was one of the first CBeebies presenters. She is known for her role as Po in the original children's television series Teletubbies 1997–2001 and presents the preschool series CBeebies Show Me Show Me. Lee was born in Birmingham and raised in Nottingham. She moved to London to study theater. She took on the role of Po right after leaving drama school. She was the first presenter, along with Chris Jarvis, to feature the program on the BBC's digital channel CBeebies. In 2004, Lee had a small role in the film Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason. In 2019, she made an appearance in the British opera Eastenders.
