Rachel Elizabeth Brosnahan is an American actress. She played the ambitious actress Miriam "Midge" Maisel in the critically acclaimed Prime Video-era comedy series The Marvelous Mrs. Golden Globe Award for Best Actress - Musical or Comedy Drama 2018 and 2019. She also played a recurring role in the political thriller Netflix House of Cards, for which she received a Primetime Emmy Award nomination and starred in the WGN Manhattan TV series. Brosnahan made his debut in the horror film The Unborn and went on to appear in films such as Beautiful Creatures, Louder Than Bombs, The Finest Hours and Patriots Day.
