Former Indian captain who amassed over 13,000 Test runs and 10,000 One-Day International runs during his career. In 2004, he became the first player to win both the ICC Test Player of the Year and the Player of the Year awards.

Rahul Sharad Dravid is a former Indian cricketer and captain of the Indian national team. He is the director of cricket operations at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru. He also monitors the progress of the Indian A and U19 Indian cricket teams. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach of the U19 Indian and Indian A teams from 2016 to 2019. Under his guidance, the U19 team reached the final of the Under-19 World Championship in 2016. and won the U19 World Championship 2018 Cricket Championship. Cup. In 2019, BCCI appointed Dravid as the head of the NCA. Known for his sound polishing technique, Dravid has recorded nearly 25,000 races in international cricket and is considered by many to be one of the best players in cricket history.
