About Ramush Haradinaj

This leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo served as Kosovo's fourth Prime Minister from 2004 to 2005. He formerly served as the leader of the Kosovo Liberation Army and was forced to resign as Prime Minister after being charged with war crimes.

Ramush Haradinaj before fame

He enrolled in the University of Pristina's law school after serving in the Yugoslav People's Army, and then got a graduate business degree from the American University of Kosovo.

He was raised in the village of Glodane, in the Socialist Republic of Serbia, with his eight siblings (present-day Kosovo). His first marriage produced a son named Shkelzen, while his second marriage produced three children with broadcast journalist Anita Haradinaj.
