Raymond Bernard Felton Jr is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association. Felton played varsity basketball for the University of North Carolina under the direction of head coach Roy Williams. In North Carolina, Felton led the Tar Heels to the national championship before announcing participation in the NBA Draft. Felton was ranked fifth in NBA Draft 2005.
