Former American competitive swimmer who won a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics after breaking the world record for the 200-meter breaststroke. She later retired from competitive swimming and began RISE mentors, a program for Olympians to train and inspire child athletes.

Rebecca Soni is a former American competitive swimmer and frog swimmer who has won an Olympic medal six times. She is the former world record-holder in the 100-meter frog swimming and 200-meter frog swimming content, and the first woman to swim the frog swimming 200 meters in less than 2 minutes 20 seconds. As a member of the US National Team, she currently holds the world record in 4 × 100 meter mixed relay content. Soni has won a total of twenty-two medals in major international competitions, 14 gold, seven silver and one bronze in the Olympic, World, University and Pan-Pacific Championships. She took to the international stage at the 2008 Summer Olympics, where she won two silver and one gold. In 200 meters of frog swimming at the Olympics, she set a world record on her way to HCV, shocking Leisel Jones.
