Robert Mark Marciano is an American journalist and meteorologist currently working for ABC News. Marciano made the forecast for the weekend issue of Good Morning America, a position Ginger Zee left blank when she was chosen to succeed Sam Champion at GMA Daily Editions. Marciano was first known as a meteorologist, occasional reporter and CNN Worldwide stand-in at their Atlanta headquarters. Prior to joining ABC, Marciano most recently worked for Entertainment Tonight, where he co-managed the show's 30-minute nighttime edition as well as the 60-minute weekend edition. He left ET at the end of August 2014 after twenty months to take up his current position at ABC.
