Robert Doyle Marshall Jr. is an American director, producer and choreographer. He is known for directing the movie version of the Broadway musical Chicago. His work in Chicago has earned him the Best Director Award from the American Association for Best Director - Feature Film as well as nominations for the Oscar for Best Director, the Golden Globe for Best Director and the BAFTA Award for Best Director. Marshall is also the four-time winner of the Primetime Emmy Award and six Tony nominations.
