Musician and record producer best known as the lead singer of the rock band Pendulum. He announced the dissolution of Pendulum in 2016. Along with Gareth McGrillen, he is the producer/DJ of the electronic duo Knife Party.
Robert Swire-Thompson is an Australian musician, singer, songwriter, record producer and DJ best known for being the founder and singer of the electronic rock band Pendulum and drum, bass. Australia, as well as DJ and co-founder of the electronic duo Knife Swire and Gareth McGrillen's party is formed. Originally from Perth, Western Australia, he moved to the UK in 2003 with Pendulum co-founders Gareth McGrillen and Paul "El Hornet" Harding. Swire has since filled many roles as a member of Pendulum, from composing music to vocals while performing live with an unusual guitar-like MIDI controller - Ztar Z6S-XPA's Starr Labs. Swire also plays guitar, bass, keyboard, percussion and other instruments. It is sometimes called the pseudonym Anscenic.
