Roger Howarth is an American actor. He played the role of Todd Manning in the daytime drama One Life to Live; the character won an Emmy Daytime Award at Howarth in 1994 and is considered an icon of the soap opera genre. He left the series in 2003 and appeared in the play As the World Turns, where he played the character of Paul Ryan until the final episode of the series in 2010. Howarth returned to OLTL in May 2011 , at the end. With him decided to continue his role at the general hospital in March 2012. He is currently playing the role of Franco at General Hospital, a character that was created and played by James Franco. In addition to his soap opera, Howarth has appeared in television shows like Prey and Dawson's Creek.
