Ronald Kyle Funches is an American actor, comedian and writer. Born in California, Funches spent his youth in Chicago before moving to Salem, Oregon as a teenager. He started his acting career in Portland, Oregon at the age of 23. After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, he began appearing as a guest on a number of comedy series, including @midnight, Mulaney and Kroll Show. From 2014 to 2016, Funches starred regularly on the NBC Undatable series, and in 2015 began acting as a voice actor in shows like BoJack Horseman, The Adventures of Puss in Boots and Adventure Time. Then he took on the role of voicing Cooper in the animated film Trolls. He has also starred in a number of TV series, including Transparent, Black-ish, and reprized the role of Cooper in the supporting series Trolls Trolls: The Beat Goes On !.
