Sanam Saeed is a Pakistani actress, singer and former model, mainly active in Urdu television and film. She is best known for her portrayal of Kashaf Murtaza in Mominda Duraid's Zindagi Gulzar Hai for which she has received numerous awards, including the Lux Style Award for Best Television Actress. A film and theater graduate in Lahore, Saeed made her television debut in the 2010 love film Daam, Saeed had her first commercial success with the 2013 love series Zindagi Gulzar Hai. She emerged as the female lead in some of the highest-grossing dramas including Mata-e-Jaan Hai Tu, Talkhiyaan, Zindagi Gulzar Hai and Kadoorat, Kahin Chand Na Sharma Jaye, Ek Kasak Reh Gayi, Firaaq - and received critical acclaim for his role as a villain in the 2015 family film Diyar-e-Dil, which earned him the Best Villain nomination at the Hum Awards. Saeed was last seen playing the main character in Deedan opposite Mohib Mirza.
