American gymnast who won three medals in the City of Jesolo Trophy in 2012, including a gold medal in the team competition. Her performance on the balance beam earned her silver in the Visa Championships in 2012.

Sarah Finnegan is a retired American gymnast and replacement for the 2012 Summer Olympics gymnastics team. She competed for the Louisiana State Tiger Team at college level and was NCAA champions 2017 and 2019 on single beams. She is the sister of Aleah Finnegan.
