In his 2017 season, he finished second in the Virgin Australia Supercars Championship. He raced for DJR Team Penske in a Ford FG X Falcon that year. He went on to win the Supercars championships in 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2019, he also won the Bathurst 1000.
