Shannon Chan-Kent is a Canadian actress and voice actress. She is known for her roles as Silver Spoon and Smolder and Pinkie Pie's vocals in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic, Misa Amane in English dubbed Death Note, and twins Biskit and Youngmee Song on Littlest Pet Shop. She also played the role of Joy Pepper in the rebooted Superbook, the boss of Pucca and Janet, Courtney's best friend in Spectacular !. In addition to her voice acting career, she is also an opera singer, earning her Bachelor of Arts and Master's degrees in Opera from the University of British Columbia. Shannon has performed with the Vancouver Urban Orchestra as well as with local theater productions.
