Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame inductee who became the youngest IWGP Heavyweight Champion in history after winning the title at the age of 23 years and 9 months. In 2016, he joined WWE's NXT developmental program.

Shinsuke Nakamura is a Japanese professional wrestler and former mixed martial artist. He's currently signed to WWE, where he plays on the SmackDown franchise. Prior to making his main roster debut, Nakamura competed for WWE's NXT brand, where he was one of only four wrestlers to host the NXT Championship on more than one occasion. In January 2018, Nakamura won the 2018 Royal Rumble men's match and then won the WWE USA Championship twice. He won his first Intercontinental Championship in 2019 at the Extreme Rules, making him the second wrestler to hold both the WWE and IWGP Intercontinental Championships.
