Schirin Grace Sigrist, known by her stage name Shy Carlos, is a Filipino actress and artist. She is a former member of an all-female group called Pop Girls. She was widely recognized for her role as Jackie Reyes in the teen romance film based on the hit romance novel of the same name Para sa Hopeless Romantic and its sequel Para sa Broken Hearted. She has also appeared in films such as Chain Mail, Pagsanib Kay Leah Dela Cruz and The Barker. On television, she played Gayle Fresnido in Bagets: Just Got Lucky, Maria Rosario Jonina "Joni" Quijano in Be Careful With My Heart, Tasya / Princess Anastacia in Tasya Fantasya, Alon in Bagani and various roles in Maalaala Mo Kaya and Ipaglaban Mo! . She is also a VJ for the music channel MTV Pinoy.
