Ștefan Bănică Jr is a Romanian artist, TV presenter, one of the most important figures of Romanian television, and the son of actor Ștefan Bănică Sr. He was famous in Romania for presenting the Romanian version of "Dancing with the Stars", the longest dance competition ever broadcast in Romania, aired on Pro TV and as a talent judge on The X Factor. He then focused on the game show, playing the character Ciupanezu in the TV series "Băieți buni", which aired in 2005 on ProTV. In 2005, Bănică also played Billy Flynn in the Romanian version of the Chicago musical at the National Theater in Bucharest. He has released a number of music albums and toured successfully around the country. In January 2006, he married TV producer and host Andreea Marin. In January 2013, they announced a friendly divorce. They have a daughter together.
