Stephanie Courtney is an American actress and comedian, best known for playing the commercial character Flo in the Progressive Corporation television and radio commercials from 2008. Courtney also draws attention to recurring roles in a number of television dramas, including the voices of Renee the Recepwoman and Joy Peters in Adult Swim comedy Tom Goes to the Mayor, Marge in AMC and Diane's Mad Men in ABC comedy Cavemen. She also appeared in the second premiere of Men of a Treaty Age. She also played Essie Karp in The Goldbergs. Courtney is a member of The Groundlings, an impromptu comedy and sketch theater in Los Angeles, California.
