Scottish soccer manager who began his career as an assistant coach with Chelsea before taking over as head coach of West Bromwich Albion in 2012. He was voted Chelsea Player of the Year in 1994 as a player.

Stephen Clarke is a Scottish professional football coach and former player coach of the Scottish national team. Clarke played for St Mirren, Chelsea and the Scottish national team, winning three major trophies with Chelsea until the end of his career. After his retirement he became a coach and worked for Newcastle United, Chelsea, West Ham United and Liverpool. Clarke has since led West Bromwich Albion and Reading. After his coaching period at Aston Villa, Clarke was appointed coach of Kilmarnock in October 2017. In May 2019 he was appointed coach of the Scottish national team. He led the team to UEFA Euro 2020, their first major tournament in 23 years.
