Steven D'Shawn Francis is a former professional basketball player from America. He was selected with the second pick in the NBA Draft in 1999 and was named NBA Rookie of the Year in his first season. He won the NBA All-Star three times playing for the Houston Rockets. Francis also played for the Orlando Magic and the New York Knicks, ending his career with the Beijing Duck team of the China Basketball Association. He is known for his ability to dribble through turns, his ability to drive and kick the ball. He was given the nickname Stevie Franchise.
