Steven Bradford Culp is an American actor. Culp appeared in the films Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, James and the Giant Peach, The Emperor's Club, and most notably in the 2000 political thriller Thirteen Days as Robert F. Kennedy. On television, Culp has periodically played the role of Clayton Webb in CBS's procedural JAG, and United States Speaker of the House Jeff Haffley in NBC political drama The West Wing. He also appeared as Rex Van de Kamp in the ABC comedy TV series, Desperate Housewives. He also appeared in How to Get Away with Murder as the defense lawyer Victor Leshner.
