Steven Yeun is an American actor born in South Korea. He first became famous for his roles as Glenn Rhee in the TV series The Walking Dead and Ben in the movie Burning. The film later earned him critical acclaim and a number of awards, including the National Film Critics Association Award for Best Supporting Actor. He has been nominated for two Saturn awards. He also starred in Minari, which earned him critical critical acclaim and an Oscar nomination for Best Actor, becoming the first Asian American actor to receive the honor. He also became the first Asian American actor to be nominated for the Screen Actors Association for Excellence with Leading Actor in a leading role.
