Teemu Eino Antero Pukki is a Finnish professional footballer who plays as a striker for Premier League club Norwich City and the Finnish national team. Pukki started his career with KTP and made his senior debut on June 23, 2005 at the age of 15 in a Finnish Cup fifth round match. He then moved to Sevilla in 2008, where he played just one match in La Liga for the first team before returning to Finland with HJK. He continued to play in Germany's top leagues for Schalke 04, Scotland for Celtic and Denmark for Brøndby. In 2018, he signed for Norwich City on a free transfer and was named the Player of the Season in the EFL Championship 2018-19. Pukki made his international debut for Finland in 2009 and made 90 appearances for the team, scoring 30 goals. He is only three goals away from surpassing Jari Litmanen as Finland's all-time top scorer. Pukki has scored ten goals in ten appearances in Finland's UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying campaign, helping the team reach their first international tournament.
