Terence Hill is an Italian actor, director, screenwriter and producer. Hill began his career as a child actor and rose to international recognition for starring in action and comedy films, many of which starred with longtime co-star Bud Spencer. During his heyday of popularity, Hill was one of Italy's highest paid actors. Hill's most viewed films include comic books and standards of all the Westerners in Italiana, some based on the famous novel by German author Karl May on the US border. Of these, the most famous are Lo chiamavano Trinità and Il mio nome è Nessuno, with Henry Fonda. His Django, Preparing the Coffin, filmed in 1968 by director Ferdinando Baldi, starring Horst Frank and George Eastman, was shown at the 64th Venice Film Festival in 2007. Hill , the stage name was the product of the public stunt of film producers, also pursuing a successful television career in Italy.
