Tilian Pearson, also known as Singularly Tilian, is an American singer, songwriter, songwriter and record producer born in Clearwater, Florida. He is the lead singer of the American hardcore dance group Dance Gavin Dance. Pearson began his music career as a singer and lead guitarist in American progressive rock band Tides of Man, releasing one play and two studio albums before his departure in 2010. After leaving Tides of Man, Pearson briefly joined American rock band Saosin and Emarosa following the departure of their respective lead singers, but never released a documentary about the group. In August 2012, he joined the Dance Gavin Dance, replaced Jonny Craig and released the album Acceptance Speech. Two years later, the group released Critically acclaimed Instant Gratification. In 2016, they released their live album Tree City Sessions, and their seventh studio album, Mothership, second album took No. 13 on the US Billboard 200
