Joseph Henry Tobin Jr., known by his stage name Tobin Bell, is an American actor, voice actor and singer. He is perhaps best known for his role as John Kramer / Jigsaw in the first eight films of the Saw series. After many years working as a backup and background for movies, he got his first major acting job at Mississippi Burning and eventually starred in dramas and TV shows in his own years. 1990. A lifetime member of Actors Studio, Bell also portrayed his character Jigsaw in the first two video games based on the series, the 2009 video game Saw and its 2010 sequel as Saw II: Flesh & Blood. His role as Jigsaw earned him 5 nominations and 2 wins.
