Thomas Edward Hulce is an American actor, singer and theater producer. He is best known for his role as Larry "Pinto" Kroger in Animal House, his Oscar-nominated role as Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in Amadeus and Quasimodo in Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Other acting awards include four Golden Globe nominations, an Emmy and a Tony Award. He retired from theater in the mid-1990s to focus on directing and production. In 2007, he won the Tony Award as the lead producer of the Broadway musical Spring Awakening.
