Thomas "Tom" McGowan is an American actor. He became famous for the first time for his career on Broadway. In 1991, he was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Actor in a play and the Best Actor Desk Award in a play for his first Broadway performance in The Beast. In 2011, McGowan was also cast as the witch in Wicked on Broadway. In 2014, McGowan starred in Harvey Fierstein's original Broadway play, Casa Valentina, which was nominated for the Tony Award for Best Play. Since then he has appeared on the Broadway covers of She Loves Me and Kiss Me Kate. He is also known for his recurring role in NBC's Emmy Award-winning Frasier as KACL station manager Kenny Daly. He has also appeared on numerous shows including Everybody Loves Raymond, The Practice, ER, Desperate Housewives, Curb Your E Temperature, Modern Family, Veep, and The Good Fight.
