Tracie Monique Spencer is a retired American singer, songwriter, actress and model. Spencer was first noticed in 1987, when the 11-year-old won the Star Search TV show's young voice competition. Spencer quickly signed with Capitol Records, at the time being the youngest female artist to do so. She continued to garner attention with the R&B and pop singles "Symptoms of True Love", "This House", "Gentle Kisses" and "It's All About You".
