With Matt Stone, co-created the hit, long-running animated series South Park, which earned the couple multiple Emmy Awards for its wonderfully raunchy comedy. He and Matt also lend their voices to a number of characters in the show. He co-wrote and co-directed the Tony Award-winning musical The Book of Mormon and directed the comedy Team America: World Police in 2004.

Randolph Severn "Trey" Parker III is an American actor, voice actor, host, writer, producer, director and songwriter. He is known to have co-created South Park and co-developed the Book of Mormon with his creative partner Matt Stone. Parker was interested in movies and music as a child and in high school, and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he met Stone. The two collaborated on various short films and starred in the musical Cannibal! Opera. Parker and Stone moved to Los Angeles and wrote their second film, Orgazmo. Prior to the film's premiere, South Park premiered on Comedy Central in August 1997. The duo had complete creative control over the series and had produced music and video games based on it. A film based on the South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut series has received good reviews from critics and fans alike.
