Former bull rider who won three times in the PRCA World Championship and once in the PBR World Championship. He then became the organization's spokesperson for Championship Bull Riding.

Richard Neale "Tuff" Hedeman is an American former professional gaur. He has three times won the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association World Bull Racing Championship, as well as the Professional Cow Racer World Champion in 1995. He also won the five world championship. 1993 for Bull Riders Only is now defunct. Hedeman is an independent employee of the ProRodeo Hall of Fame and the Bull Riding Hall of Fame. He is also one of the co-founders of PBR. In 1999, PBR awarded him the Celebration of the Heroes and Legends of PBR: Ring of Honor. He is known to be one of rodeo icon Lane Frost's best friends. Hedeman and the infamous Bodacious Bull have had some historic clashes. He subsequently served as President of PBR and later President and Ambassador of Championship Bull Riding. In 2018, he created his own equestrian organization: Tuff Hedeman Bull Riding Tour.
