TBA is a Kosovar-Albanian rapper and producer who was a part of the Albanian Boys Incorporated group before forming the TBA Albanian Rap Group.

Viktor Palokaj, known by his stage name Unikkatil, is an Albanian-American rapper, singer, songwriter and record producer living in the Bronx, New York. He was born in Prishtina, Kosovo and his background is from Kaçinar, Mirditë. He was one of the first Albanian rappers and the leader of the TBA. The message he sends through his songs and the fact that he has never made a music video in his career makes his rap style unique. Although he is not active in music recently, he is considered by many to be the best Albanian rapper of all time.
