James Roderick Moir, better known by his stage name Vic Reeves, is an English comedian, artist, surrealist, musician, actor and television presenter best known for his role, co-starring with Bob Mortimer as Vic and Bob . He is known for his surreal sense of humor. In 2003, Reeves and Mortimer were named by The Observer magazine in the list of the 50 funniest actors in British comedy. In a 2005 actor survey, Reeves and Mortimer were voted ninth best actor of all time by comedians and insiders.
