She is a leading proponent of positive reinforcement-based dog training tools and methods to give advice on pet behavior instead of the traditional approaches which often use multiple bag approaches. She is Editor-in-Chief of the Positively.com website, Founder and President of the Victoria Stilwell Academy for Dog Behavior & Coaching, CEO of the Victorian Stilwell Active Dog Training Trainer Network. In 2017, she received OBE for her charitable work.
