Vincent Michael Martella is an American actor, voice actor and singer best known for his role as Greg Wuliger on the UPN / CW sitcom Everybody Hates Chris and for voicing Phineas Flynn on the original animated show on the Phineas and Ferb channel Disney . He also voiced Hope Estheim in the 2010 video game Final Fantasy XIII and its sequel Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
