Warren Carr Sapp is a former professional American footballer who served as a National Football Federation defensive player for 13 seasons, primarily with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Sapp plays college football for the University of Miami where he is recognized as a Consensus American. He fell to the Buccaneers as the 12th pick in the first round of the 1995 NFL Draft. He has spent nine seasons with the Buccaneers and a member of the Oakland Raiders over the past four years. After Sapp's career in the NFL, he was an analyst on the NFL network until 2015. With Tampa Bay, Sapp went to the Pro Bowl seven times, winning the All-Pro title for the first place team four times. and be part of the team that won the franchise's first Super Bowl. title in Super Bowl XXXVII. He combined his career 96.5 sacks until retirement, which is the second-highest of his career for a defensive strike and the 28th-highest for a defensive midfielder.
