Wiley Ramsey Wiggins is an American game designer and film actor. Originally from Austin, Texas, he is the grandson of Lanny Wiggins, who was a member of Janis Joplin's first group, The Waller Creek Boys. At the age of 16, Wiggins starred in Richard Linklater's film Dazed and Confused. He then starred in Linklater's Waking Life. He entered the field of network culture in the early 1990s and sometimes wrote for magazines such as FringeWare Review, Mondo 2000, and Boing Boing.
