Willam Belli, known as Willam, is a drag queen and recording artist. Willam emerged as a contestant in the fourth season of RuPaul's Drag Race in 2012, in which she became the first contestant to be eliminated from the series. In June 2019, a panel of New York magazine judges ranked it ninth on the list of "America's Most Powerful Dragon Queen", a ranking of 100 former contestants of the Event. Drag racing. Before appearing in Drag Race, Willam was active as an actor, most notably playing the recurring role of transgender Cherry Peck in Ryan Murphy's medical film Nip / Tuck. She continued to star in numerous films, dramas and TV series, often gaining great attention. In 2018, she appeared in the critically acclaimed movie A Star Is Born. For her performance in the black comedy web series EastSiders, she was nominated for the Day Emmy for Best Supporting Actor in the daytime digital TV series.
