Legendary power forward/center who won two NBA championships with the New York Knicks in the early 1970s, earning Finals MVP honors in both series. In 1970, he was awarded NBA MVP after being selected to seven NBA All-Star games.

Willis Reed Jr is a retired American basketball player, coach and general manager. He has spent his entire professional career with the New York Knicks. In 1982, Reed was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. In 1996, he was voted one of the "50 Greatest Players in NBA History". After retiring as a player, Reed served as an assistant and head coach for several teams for nearly a decade, then promoted to general manager and executive vice president of New Jersey Nets basketball. As senior vice president of basketball operations, he led them to the 2002 and 2003 NBA Finals .
