Winston Aubrey Aladar Marshall is an English musician best known as a former banjoist and lead guitarist of the British folk rock band Mumford & Sons. Before that, he had joined Bluegrass's great rap group Captain Kick and Cowboy Ramblers. With Mumford & Sons, Marshall won the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for Babel. The band also won the Brit Award for Best British Band 2013 and the Ivor Novello Award for International Achievement 2014 .
