Iris Xiomara Castro de Zelaya or simply Xiomara Castro is a Honduran politician. She is a candidate in the 2013 presidential election to represent the Left Free Party. The wife of ousted former president Manuel Zelaya, Castro was a leader of the movement against the 2009 Honduran coup that ousted her husband from power early on.
