Yacine Nasr Eddine Brahimi is a professional soccer player who plays and manages Qatar club Al-Rayyan and the Algerian national team. He plays in the positions of attacking midfielder and winger and has been described as a "technically gifted player". His coach, Frédéric Antonetti, said Brahimi would be "a future assistant for Stade Rennais". Yacine is also known as the "Brahimi Moment". Brahimi began his career in various clubs in the Île-de-France region, after having trained at ASB Montreuil and CO Vincennois. In 2003, he was selected to study at the Académie de Clairefontaine. Brahimi spent three years at the academy and, after his departure, signed with Rennes. While at the club's youth academy, he won a number of club titles. After turning professional, Brahimi was loaned to second tier club Clermont Foot. At Clermont, he had a successful 2009–10 season.
