Actress who rose to prominence after portraying Nelly Yuki on the CW series Gossip Girl and later appearing in feature films such as Prom. She's since started a podcasting career, hosting 88 Cups of Tea, where she interviews successful filmmakers, novelists, and other people.

Yin Chang or In-ch'ang was a military official, ambassador to Germany, and educational reformer during the Qing Dynasty and in the ROC. He was appointed the country's premier war minister at the end of the Qing dynasty. After that, he also became the military chief of staff of the North Ocean government. He is of the Manchu ethnicity and his family belongs to the family of the United White Banners of the Manchu Military Organization; he holds the title of prince of this clan; in court, he is called Wu-lou.
