Zerrin Tekindor is a Turkish actress and painter. In 1985, she graduated from the State Conservatory of Hacettepe University, School of Theater. During that year, she started working at the Adana State Theater as an intern. After two years, she was assigned to Ankara at the State Theater and performed in many plays such as Laundry, Ferhad and Sirin, A Noisy and Clamorous Story, Death, Istanbul Efendisi, Last of the Red Hot Lovers., Skylight , From War to Peace, from love to quarrel, from love to death, government inspector, a place in the middle of the earth. In 2003, she moved to Istanbul to work at Istanbul State Theater. In 2004 she starred in The Government Inspector as Anna Andreyevna. She won the Afife Theater Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy. Besides her theatrical career, Zerrin Tekindor also studied painting as a special student at the Bilkent University School of Fine Arts from 1990 to 1994 at the Halil Akdeniz studio.
