Alex Sandro Lobo Silva is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays at left-back for Serie A club Juventus and the Brazilian national team. At club level, Alex Sandro started his career with Atletico Paranaense, then also playing for Santos on loan. In 2011, he joined Porto for 9.6 million euros, alongside his teammate and compatriot Danilo, who played at right-back. He joined Juventus in 2015, winning a domestic brace in his first three seasons, followed by back-to-back championships in the following two years. Internationally, Alex Sandro also plays for the Brazilian national football team, with whom he has already played more than 10 caps. At the youth level, he also represents the Brazilian national under-20 football team, winning both the South American Youth Championship and the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2011, as well as the under-23 football team.
